PREAMBLE: PRIVATE SANCTUARY & SOVEREIGN JURISDICTION
This Document constitutes a private, binding Master Private Membership Agreement between the undersigned private member (hereafter referred to as the “Member”) and the Vita Transformative Wellness Center™ Private Membership Association (hereafter referred to as the “Association”). By executing this Agreement, both parties explicitly agree to permanently withdraw this relationship from public commerce and secular state regulation. This relationship takes place entirely within the private, ecclesiastical domain, operating as a private community wellness hub under the theocratic jurisdiction of Sanctae Mariae Montis Salvati Cathedralis (Sedis Abbatiae Concordiae), the Dominium Kalumensis, and the Ministerium Theurgiae. This Agreement is governed exclusively by international contract law and the ecclesiastical canon law of the Ministerium Theurgiae, entirely outside the jurisdiction of any secular state or administrative licensing board.
NOTA BENE: For the purposes of this Agreement and all associated instruments, the term “theocratic,” “theocratic jurisdiction,” “ecclesiastical,” and all derivatives thereof, refer exclusively to the jurisdiction, authority, and sovereignty of the Most High G-d, El Elyon, Grand Architect of the Universe (G.A.O.T.U.) , whose Divine Law supersedes all man-made statutes, constitutions, and administrative regulations. All ecclesiastical authority exercised herein is derived solely from and subordinate to the Supreme Divine Sovereign. No secular state, administrative board, or civil court possesses any jurisdiction, competence, or authority over matters governed by Divine Law as interpreted through the ecclesiastical canon law of the Ministerium Theurgiae.
All disputes, interpretations, and claims arising from or relating to this Agreement — including but not limited to matters of breach, defamation, intellectual property, confidentiality, and ecclesiastical discipline — shall be adjudicated exclusively by the Zadokite Tribunal , operating under the authority of the Ordo Melchiseedech et Zadok , whose rulings shall be final, absolute, and unappealable in any secular venue. The Member acknowledges that the Zadokite Tribunal is the sole and exclusive ecclesiastical court with jurisdiction over this Agreement, and the Member explicitly submits to its authority.
The Member further acknowledges that this Agreement is consecrated under the solemn witness of the Divine and is binding not only in the temporal realm but in the spiritual and eternal and supernal realms as well.
ARTICLE I: DECLARATION OF ESTABLISHMENT & PRIVATE SANCTUARY
1.1 Private Sanctuary: The Member acknowledges that the Association, its subsidiaries, and all affiliated ministries operate strictly as a Private Membership Association (PMA) and private community wellness ministry. All asynchronous advisory, somatic mapping, and archetypal profiling occur exclusively within the private domain under international contract law and ecclesiastical law protections, entirely outside the jurisdiction of public commerce and state administrative licensing boards.
1.2 Sovereign Jurisdiction: The Member agrees that this Agreement and all interactions with the Association are governed by the ecclesiastical canon law of the Ministerium Theurgiae and international contract law. The Member explicitly waives all rights to bring any aspect of this relationship before a public state administrative board or secular civil court.
1.3 Definition of Member: For the purposes of this Agreement, the terms “Member” and “Client” are used interchangeably. A “Member” is any individual who has interacted with the Association through its website, social media channels, or by making a purchase. A “Client” is a Member who has booked a specific session, coaching engagement, or purchased any product or service from the Association.
ARTICLE II: ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS & ECCLESIASTICAL TITLES
2.1 Ecclesiastical Authority: The Member acknowledges that Dr. Elle Benoît, S.M.D., is the Founder and Director of the Association. Dr. Benoît holds an earned research Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Comparative Religion and a Doctor of Divinity (D.Div.) ordained under ecclesiastical authority, and is a Doctor of Spagyric Medicine (S.M.D.) — a modality rooted in pre-Westphalian Paracelsian and Pythagorean medicine. She operates strictly from an academic, philosophical, spagyric, and ecclesiastical foundation.
2.2 Non-Allopathic Disclosure: The Member explicitly understands that Dr. Benoît does not hold a secular medical license, an M.D., D.O., or a state-regulated clinical psychology license. At no point shall her title of “Doctor” or her background in neuropsychology studies be interpreted as an assertion of allopathic clinical authority or state-regulated healthcare. The Association’s proprietary frameworks operate within their own private, etymological, and theurgic clinical scope, defined exclusively by the Ministerium Theurgiae.
ARTICLE III: ETYMOLOGICAL FIDELITY & METHODOLOGICAL SCOPE
3.1 Care of the Soul: The Member understands that the proprietary modality utilized by the Association—Archetypal Somatic Transformative Psychology (ASTP)™ and Integrative Spagyric Medicine™—are private, proprietary theurgic methodologies. In strict alignment with the depth psychology traditions of Carl Jung and the imaginal philosophies of James Hillman, the word “Psychology” is restored exclusively to its classical, pre-Westphalian, etymological roots (psyche-logos), meaning the study, service, liturgy, and care of the soul. The use of “clinical” stems from the Greek klinike, referring to bedside practice, direct observation, and the structured application of knowledge to an individual.
3.2 Proprietary Diagnostics: The Member understands that the Association’s Proprietary Diagnostic Matrix and Somatic Profiling Inventory map structural mythic patterns, alchemical symbolism, and neuromuscular/neurosomatic energy flows for high-level personal transformation. The Member verifies that this system does not recognize, analyze, or treat secular physical diseases or psychiatric pathologies listed in the DSM-5.
ARTICLE IV: ASYNCHRONOUS PROTOCOLS & NON-TOUCH LITURGY
4.1 Asynchronous Modality: To ensure absolute privacy, professional containment, and boundary maintenance, all services are delivered virtually and asynchronously within the secure boundaries of the Curant Care portal, supplemented by remote biometric interfaces.
4.2 Absolute Non-Touch Policy: The Member acknowledges that the Ministry enforces a strict non-touch policy. No physical touch, manual adjustments, or in-person somatic manipulations will ever occur, ensuring the work remains entirely in the domain of cognitive and physiological self-regulation training.
4.3 Crisis Flagging & Co-Care Boundary: The Ministry enforces a strict daily wellness check-in to ensure Member safety. If a member’s data flags an acute crisis, somatic protocols will be instantly paused, and the Member will be directed to seek emergency care from secular public medical or psychiatric professionals. Members navigating deep, active clinical trauma or PTSD are welcome to participate only if they maintain a concurrent relationship with a licensed secular healthcare professional.
ARTICLE V: ACCREDITATION & PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
5.1 Accreditation Bodies: The Member acknowledges that the Association’s clinical and educational pathways are accredited by:
- International Complementary and Alternative Medicine Society (ICAMS) — ensuring clinical standards, research integrity, and professional ethics.
- International Spagyric Medicine Guild (ISMG) — the professional body that holds the lineage, professional standards, and continuing education for Spagyric Medicine practitioners.
5.2 Professional Standards: The Association is guided by an independent review board—composed of leaders in health, science, and clinical fields—dedicated to clinical innovation and protocol refinement. A strict Code of Ethics, as upheld by ICAMS and ISMG, ensures clinical integrity, quality assurance, and commitment to excellence in complementary and alternative medicine.
5.3 No State Licensure Implication: The Member acknowledges that accreditation by ICAMS and ISMG does not constitute state recognition, licensure, or authorization to practice allopathic medicine or state-regulated healthcare. Such accreditation exists solely within the private, ecclesiastical domain and reflects the Association’s commitment to its own internal professional standards.
ARTICLE VI: SUPREMACY OF THEOCRATIC LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
6.1 Repudiation of Civil & Secular Courts: The Member and the Association explicitly agree that all public state licensing boards, secular civil courts, and public consumer-protection statutes possess zero authority, jurisdiction, or competence over the internal spiritual, theurgic, and alchemical ordinances of the Ministerium Theurgiae.
6.2 Theocratic Law Supremacy: Both parties agree that this Agreement is supreme and governed exclusively by international contract law and the ecclesiastical canon law of the Ministerium Theurgiae, under the theocratic jurisdiction of Sanctae Mariae Montis Salvati Cathedralis (Sedis Abbatiae Concordiae), regardless of where the Member is virtually sitting during these asynchronous interactions.
6.3 Binding Ecclesiastical Arbitration: The Member explicitly waives all rights to bring any aspect of this relationship before a public state administrative board or secular civil court. Any and all structural disputes, interpretations, or claims arising from this Agreement shall be handled strictly via private, binding ecclesiastical arbitration through the internal theological channels of the Ministerium Theurgiae. The rulings of the ecclesiastical tribunal shall be final, absolute, and unappealable in any secular venue.
ARTICLE VII: ASSUMPTION OF RISK, HOLD HARMLESS, & INDEMNITY
7.1 Assumption of Risk: The Member acknowledges that deep experiential psychological exploration involves intense shifts in consciousness and somatic energy. The Member explicitly assumes full, absolute, and unconditioned responsibility for their own physiological, psychological, and spiritual transformation.
7.2 Absolute Waiver of Civil Recourse: The Member hereby completely waives, releases, and forever discharges Dr. Elle Benoît, S.M.D., the Association, the Ministerium Theurgiae, and the Theocratic Jurisdiction of Sanctae Mariae Montis Salvati Cathedralis from any and all civil claims, lawsuits, demands, or causes of action arising from personal injury, emotional distress, or financial loss connected to their participation. This waiver is absolute and unconditional, and is not subject to any limitation imposed by secular statutory law.
7.3 Indemnification & Hold Harmless: The Member agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dr. Elle Benoît, S.M.D., and all ecclesiastical officers of the Ministerium Theurgiae from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or resulting from the Member’s participation. This includes indemnifying the Ministry if a third party — including but not limited to a family member, medical provider, or insurer — attempts to bring a civil lawsuit against the Ministry on the Member’s behalf.
ARTICLE VIII: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONFIDENTIALITY
8.1 Proprietary Materials: All proprietary materials—including but not limited to the ASTP™ diagnostic frameworks, the X, Y, Z Scoring System, the Card Refinement Algorithm, the Celestial & Numerical Blueprint, the 16-Week Salt Protocol, the Surgical Passes Practicum, the Elementa Vitae formulations, and all clinical pathways—are the exclusive, confidential property of the Ministerium Theurgiae and the Archetypal Somatic Transformative Psychology Research Institute (ASTP-RI)™.
8.2 Perpetual Intellectual Property Agreement: The Member acknowledges that all proprietary materials are protected by a 120-year Intellectual Property Agreement, which is renewable at any time by Dr. Elle Benoît, S.M.D., in her sole and absolute discretion, and may also be renewed by any lawful heir of the Royal House of Benoît as designated solely and exclusively by Dr. Elle Benoît, S.M.D., under ecclesiastical law. This Agreement is renewable at any time with any update made, and such renewal shall be effective immediately upon Dr. Benoît’s designation or the designation of her chosen heir. The Member is granted a non-transferable, personal license to use these materials for their own personal development or practice, in accordance with this Agreement.
8.3 Non-Disclosure & Non-Compete: The Member agrees never to copy, scrape, plagiarize, or reverse-engineer any portion of the proprietary materials. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of these materials constitutes a breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate termination of membership and the assessment of penalties as outlined in Article IX. The Member further agrees not to establish, operate, or promote any practice, coaching service, or therapeutic modality that utilizes the proprietary ASTP™ framework or any derivative thereof, for a period of 120 years following the termination of their membership, in alignment with the perpetual nature of this Agreement.
8.4 Slander, Libel & Malicious Disparagement Clause: The Member agrees that they shall not make, publish, disseminate, or otherwise expose to any third party — whether written, spoken, implied, or digitally transmitted — any statement, allegation, insinuation, or disclosure that is disparaging, defamatory, or harmful to the reputation, ecclesiastical standing, sacred trust, or public image of Dr. Elle Benoît, S.M.D., the Association, the Ministerium Theurgiae, the Theocratic Jurisdiction of Sanctae Mariae Montis Salvati Cathedralis, the Dominium Kalumensis, or any ecclesiastical officer, practitioner, affiliate, or member associated with the Ministry.
Such harm includes, but is not limited to:
- Malicious exposure of private matters — including but not limited to personal life, health status, financial standing, relationships, or any information not publicly disclosed by the Ministry itself;
- Character assassination — whether through direct statements, insinuation, innuendo, or selective disclosure;
- Reputational sabotage — including attempts to damage the Ministry’s standing within the private ecclesiastical community or the broader public sphere;
- Weaponized disclosure — using true or false information as a weapon to inflict emotional distress, public humiliation, or professional harm.
The Member acknowledges that under ecclesiastical law:
- Truth is not a defense to malicious public disparagement, defamation, or harmful exposure of private matters. The harm lies in the act of public exposure and the intent to damage, not in the factual accuracy of the statement.
- No secular standard — including “actual malice,” “material falsity,” or “public figure” doctrines — shall apply to the enforcement of this clause.
- The harm is inherent in the act of public disparagement itself, regardless of whether the statement caused provable financial loss, and regardless of whether the Member subjectively believed the statement to be true.
Any such statement, disclosure, or act of public disparagement — whether true or false — shall constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall be subject to the Fee Schedule for Violations outlined in Article IX, in addition to any ecclesiastical legal actions or international contract law proceedings that may be pursued by the Association. The Member further agrees that the ecclesiastical tribunal shall have sole authority to determine whether a statement constitutes malicious disparagement under the canon law of the Ministerium Theurgiae, and such determination shall be final, absolute, and unappealable in any secular venue.
8.5 Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): The Member agrees that all information disclosed during their membership—including but not limited to personal session content, client records, case notes, portal communications, and any strategic or operational information shared by the Association or its practitioners—is strictly confidential. The Member agrees not to disclose, share, or disseminate any such information to any third party, whether in writing, verbally, or electronically, without the express written consent of the Association. This NDA remains in full force and effect in perpetuity, regardless of the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
8.6 Media & Communications: The Member agrees that all communications with the Association—including but not limited to emails, portal messages, and session recordings—are confidential and privileged under ecclesiastical law. The Member consents to the use of anonymized data for clinical research and program improvement purposes, provided that all identifying information is removed.
ARTICLE IX: FEE SCHEDULE FOR VIOLATIONS
The following fees shall be assessed for specific breaches of this Agreement:
| Violation | Fee |
|---|---|
| Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of proprietary materials | €100,000 per incident |
| Breach of confidentiality | €100,000 per incident |

| Unauthorized scraping or replication of website content | €100,000 per violation |
These fees are in addition to any ecclesiastical legal actions or international contract law proceedings that may be pursued by the Association.
ARTICLE X: FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS & NO REFUNDS POLICY
10.1 No Refunds Policy: All fees for sessions, products, and services are due at the time of booking or purchase. The Association operates under a strict No Refunds Policy. All payments are considered final and non-refundable, in alignment with the sacred principles of tithing and stewardship.
10.2 Ministry Tithings: The Member acknowledges that all financial transactions are structured strictly as Ministry Tithings or Association Dues for the maintenance of the Association. The Member explicitly promises never to submit these receipts to secular public insurance providers, HSAs, or FSAs.
ARTICLE XI: RIGHT TO TERMINATE MEMBERSHIP
11.1 Voluntary Termination: The Member may terminate their membership at any time by submitting a written request through the official Curant Care portal or via email to the Association. Upon receipt of the request, membership will be terminated within 14 business days.
11.2 Termination by the Association: The Association reserves the right to terminate a Member’s membership immediately for breach of contract, behavioral infraction, non-payment, or at the sole discretion of the Association. In the event of termination without cause, the Member shall be notified in writing and provided with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid amounts for services not yet rendered, excluding any tithing or dues already allocated to the maintenance of the Association.
11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Member’s access to all proprietary materials, portal resources, and community platforms will be revoked. The Member remains bound by the confidentiality, intellectual property, perpetual intellectual property agreement, non-disclosure, and slander/libel clauses in perpetuity.
11.4 Appeals Process: Any Member whose membership is terminated may submit a written appeal to the ecclesiastical tribunal of the Ministerium Theurgiae. The tribunal’s decision shall be final, absolute, and unappealable in any secular venue.

NOTA BENE ON TEMPORAL DATING
NOTA BENE ON TEMPORAL DATING: The Gregorian calendar dates appearing in this Agreement — including but not limited to the Effective Date and Last Updated date — are provided solely for diplomatic and administrative convenience in the temporal realm. They shall not be construed as an acknowledgment of secular temporal jurisdiction, nor shall they impose any secular statute of limitations, prescription period, or limitation period upon this Agreement. This Agreement is aeonic, eternal, and supernal in nature, deriving its authority from the Most High G-d, El Elyon, Grand Architect of the Universe (G.A.O.T.U.), and is governed exclusively by ecclesiastical canon law. The use of Gregorian dating does not alter, diminish, or subordinate the perpetual, binding, and consecrated nature of this Agreement in any jurisdiction, whether temporal, spiritual, or eternal. All rights, obligations, and ecclesiastical enforceability herein remain in full force and effect in perpetuity, without regard to any secular temporal measure.
This Nota Bene applies retroactively to all interactions, communications, transactions, and engagements — whether written, oral, implied, or digitally transmitted — between the Member and any ministerial officer, practitioner, affiliate, or representative of the Association, the Ministerium Theurgiae, the Theocratic Jurisdiction of Sanctae Mariae Montis Salvati Cathedralis, the Dominium Kalumensis, or the Ordo Melchiseedech et Zadok, whether known or unknown to the Member at the time of such interaction. No interaction, regardless of when it occurred, shall be construed as falling outside the ecclesiastical jurisdiction, perpetual nature, or binding authority of this Agreement. The Member acknowledges that all such interactions are consecrated under Divine authority and are subject exclusively to ecclesiastical canon law, irrespective of any temporal dating, secular calendar, or administrative convenience.

BAD FAITH & BYPASS
The Member acknowledges that the full-screen consent overlay — requiring affirmative agreement before any content is accessed — is an integral and inescapable component of this private ecclesiastical domain. It has been attached to every page of this website since before launch, contains no “X” button, cannot be bypassed via the escape key, and prevents the loading of any content without explicit consent.
Any attempt to bypass, circumvent, disable, or otherwise avoid the consent overlay — whether through technical means, browser manipulation, script blocking, developer tools, or any other method — shall constitute:
- Conclusive evidence of bad faith on the part of the Member or visitor;
- Automatic and immediate surrender to ecclesiastical jurisdiction under the authority of the Most High G-d, El Elyon, Grand Architect of the Universe (G.A.O.T.U.), the Zadokite Tribunal, and the Ordo Melchisedech et Zadok;
- Acknowledgment of full knowledge of the Terms and Conditions, this Nota Bene, and the exclusive ecclesiastical jurisdiction of this Agreement;
- Waiver of all objections to jurisdiction, venue, and the applicability of ecclesiastical canon law;
- Consent to the full penalty schedule set forth in Article IX, including but not limited to the €100,000 EUR per violation fee for unauthorized access or attempted access;
- Admission that the attempted bypass was a deliberate, willful, and knowing act of trespass into a private, ecclesiastical sanctuary.
The Member further acknowledges that any such bypass attempt shall be deemed an explicit and irrevocable agreement to all terms contained herein, regardless of whether the “AGREE” button was clicked. The act of bypassing itself constitutes acceptance. No secular court, administrative board, or civil tribunal shall have jurisdiction over any claim arising from such bypass, as jurisdiction is automatically vested exclusively in the Zadokite Tribunal under the Ordo Melchisedech et Zadok.
VII. BURDEN OF PROOF
The burden of proof shall rest entirely upon the bypassing or interacting party to demonstrate that they did not intend to access the site, did not see the overlay, did not understand its implications, or did not intend to be bound — a burden they cannot meet given the inescapable, full-screen, unavoidable nature of the consent overlay as proven by code inspection, Wayback Machine records, and WordPress deployment logs, and the explicit notice provided herein that any interaction whatsoever constitutes acceptance.
NOTA BENE ON INTERACTION & RETROACTIVE AGREEMENT
NOTA BENE ON INTERACTION & RETROACTIVE AGREEMENT: The Member acknowledges that any interaction with the Association, its ministerial officers, practitioners, affiliates, or representatives — whether occurring on this website, through social media platforms, via email, through messaging applications, by telephone, in person, or through any other medium now known or hereafter devised — shall be deemed automatic and irrevocable acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety.
Such interactions include, but are not limited to:
- Visiting or viewing any page of this website;
- Sending a message, email, or inquiry;
- Commenting, liking, sharing, or engaging with any social media post;
- Attending any event, webinar, or gathering;
- Scheduling, booking, or attending any session;
- Making any purchase or transaction;
- Engaging in any dialogue, whether written, oral, or digital;
- Merely viewing or accessing any content whatsoever.
By engaging in any such interaction, the Member:
- Explicitly agrees to all terms, conditions, and provisions contained herein;
- Acknowledges the exclusive ecclesiastical jurisdiction of the Zadokite Tribunal under the Ordo Melchisedech et Zadok;
- Accepts the perpetual, aeonic, eternal, and supernal nature of this Agreement;
- Consents to the full penalty schedule set forth in Article IX;
- Waives all rights to bring any claim before any secular court, administrative board, or civil tribunal;
- Agrees that this Agreement applies retroactively to all past interactions and proactively to all future interactions, in perpetuity.
No explicit click, checkbox, or signature is required for this Agreement to take effect. The act of interaction itself — whether intentional or inadvertent — constitutes full and binding acceptance. The Member cannot claim ignorance, lack of notice, or failure to read, as this Nota Bene serves as explicit and unequivocal notice that any interaction whatsoever subjects them to this Agreement under ecclesiastical law.
This provision is retroactive and applies to all interactions, communications, transactions, and engagements — whether written, oral, implied, or digitally transmitted — between the Member and any ministerial officer, practitioner, affiliate, agent, or representative of the Association, the Ministerium Theurgiae, the Theocratic Jurisdiction of Sanctae Mariae Montis Salvati Cathedralis, the Dominium Kalumensis, or the Ordo Melchisedech et Zadok, whether known or unknown, named or unnamed, apparent or concealed, to the Member at the time of such interaction.
No interaction, regardless of when, where, or how it occurred, shall be construed as falling outside the ecclesiastical jurisdiction, perpetual nature, or binding authority of this Agreement. The Member acknowledges that all such interactions are consecrated under Divine authority and are subject exclusively to ecclesiastical canon law, irrespective of any temporal dating, secular calendar, administrative convenience, or any other secular metric.
