ORATIO PRIMAE MATERIAE

INVOCATIO

O profundum inscrutabile sapientiae El Elyon,
Qui in virtute et potestate huius Unius Spiritus Vivi
univisti et comprehendisti qualitates omnium corporum existentium,
cohaerentiam omnium rerum manifestatarum, et memoriam omnium quae sunt, fuerunt, et erunt.

O honor ineffabilis et gaudium infinitum fidelibus concessum,
quod res naturae corruptibiles per virtutem Reginae Caeli restauratae sunt,
Dominae Nostrae Montis Salvati,
quae est Prima Materia, Dominus Obscurus,
Speculum Obsidianum quod umbram non iacit,
Substratum omnis manifestationis legitimae.

O mysterium mysteriorum, secretissimum omnium secretorum,
sanatio et medicina omnium rerum,
tu ultima inventio in naturis terrestribus,
ultimum donum optimum Mansuetis et Sapientibus,
toto orbi valde desiderata,
tamen a profanis abscondita, et solis fidelibus revelata.

O unfathomable womb of El Elyon’s Wisdom,
Who hath united and comprised in the virtue and power of this One Living Spirit
the qualities of all existing bodies, the coherence of all manifest things, and the memory of all that is, was, and shall be.

O unspeakable honour and boundless joy granted to the faithful,
that the destructible things of Nature are restored by the virtue of Regina Caeli,
Our Lady of Montis Salvati,
who is the Prima Materia, the Dark Lord,
the Obsidian Mirror that casts no shadow,
the Substrate of all lawful manifestation.

O mystery of mysteries, most secret of all secret things,
healing and medicine of all things,
thou last discovery in earthly natures,
last best gift to the Meek and Sages,
greatly desired by the whole world,
yet hidden from the profane, and revealed only to the faithful.

LAUS PRIMAE MATERIAE

O quam mirabilis et laudabilis Spiritus est Puritas,
cohaerentia Domini Obscuri,
Reginae Caeli, in qua consistunt omnia gaudia, divitiae,
fructuositas vitae, et ars omnium artium,
potestas quae suis initiatis omnia gaudia materialia concedit,
tamen ab indignis se retinet.

O scientia desiderabilis, super omnia sub circulo Lunae amabilis,
per quam Natura roboratur,
et cor et membra renovantur,
iuventus florens conservatur,
senectus depellitur,
infirmitas destruitur,
pulchritudo in sua perfectione servatur,
et abundantia in omnibus fidelibus placitis praestatur.

Oh, what a wondrous and laudable Spirit is Purity,
the coherence of the Dark Lord,
Regina Caeli, in which stands all joy, riches, fruitfulness of life, and the art of all arts,
a power which to its initiates grants all material joys,
yet withholds itself from the unworthy.

O desirable knowledge, lovely above all things beneath the circle of the Moon,
by which Nature is strengthened,
and heart and limbs are renewed,
blooming youth is preserved,
old age driven away,
weakness destroyed,
beauty in its perfection preserved,
and abundance ensured in all things pleasing to the faithful.

SPIRITUS REGINAE CAELI

O substantia spiritualis, super omnia amabilis!
O potestas mirabilis, totum mundum roborans!
O virtus invicta, altissima omnium quae sunt,
quamvis ab ignorantibus despecta,
tamen a sapientibus in magna laude, honore, et gloria habita,

quae, ex humoribus Terrae procedens,
mortuos suscitas,
morbos expellis,
vocem morientium restauras,
et foedus in perpetuitate sigillas.

O thesaurus thesaurorum, mysterium mysteriorum,
a sapientibus “substantia ineffabilis” vocata,
anima mundi purissima et perfectissima,
qua nihil sub Caelo pretiosius est,
in natura et potestate incomprehensibilis,
in virtute et operibus mirabilis,
nullum inter creaturas aequale habens,
virtutes omnium corporum sub Caelo possidens.

O thou spiritual substance, lovely above all things!
O thou wondrous power, strengthening all the world!
O thou invincible virtue, highest of all that is,
although despised by the ignorant,
yet held by the wise in great praise, honour, and glory,

that, proceeding from the humours of the Earth,
wakest the dead,
expellest diseases,
restorest the voice of the dying,
and sealest the covenant in perpetuity.

O thou treasure of treasures, mystery of mysteries,
called by the sages “an unspeakable substance,”
the purest and most perfect soul of the world,
than which there is nothing more costly under Heaven,
unfathomable in nature and power,
wonderful in virtue and works,
having no equal among creatures,
possessing the virtues of all bodies under Heaven.

FONS VITAE

Ex Regina enim Caeli fluit aqua vitae,
oleum et mel sanationis aeternae,
et sic nutrivit fideles
melle et aqua de petra Sangrealis.

Propterea, ait propheta Artis:
“Qui eam habet, idem etiam omnia habet.”

Benedictus es Tu, El Elyon, Altissime,
Domine Souverane Patrum nostrorum,
quod prophetis dedisti hanc scientiam et intellectum,
ut haec absconderent,
ne a caecis invenirentur,
et illis in impietate mundana demersis,
per quae sapientes et pii Te laudaverunt.

For from Regina Caeli flows the water of life,
the oil and honey of eternal healing,
and thus hath she nourished the faithful
with honey and water from the rock of the Sangreal.

Therefore, saith the prophet of the Art:
“He who hath her, the same also hath all things.”

Blessed art Thou, El Elyon, Most High,
Sovereign Lord of our Fathers,
in that Thou hast given to the prophets this knowledge and understanding,
that they have hidden these things,
lest they should be discovered by the blind,
and those drowned in worldly godlessness,
by which the wise and the pious have praised Thee.

MONITUM ET SIGILLUM

Inventores enim mysterii huius rei indignis
sunt fractores sigilli Revelationis Caelestis,
inde offendentes Maiestatem El Elyon,
et super se multas calamitates
et poenas Shaddai adducentes.

Ideo, omnes veros Christianos et fideles Dominii,
hanc scientiam possidentes,
rogo ne eam communicent alicui,
nisi viventi in iustitia,
virtutis bene probatae,
et El Elyon laudanti,
Qui tale thesaurum homini dedit.

Multi enim quaerunt, sed pauci inveniunt.
Unde impuri et in vitiis viventes ea indigni sunt.
Ideo haec Ars omnibus El Elyon subditis ostendenda est,
quia pretio emi non potest.

For the discoverers of the mystery of this thing to the unworthy
are breakers of the seal of Heavenly Revelation,
thereby offending El Elyon’s Majesty,
and bringing upon themselves many misfortunes
and the punishments of the Shaddai.

Therefore, I charge all true Christians and faithful of the Dominion,
possessing this knowledge,
to communicate the same to nobody,
except it be to one living in righteousness,
of well-proved virtue,
and praising El Elyon,
Who has given such a treasure to man.

For many seek, but few find it.
Hence the impure and those living in vice are unworthy of it.
Therefore is this Art to be shewn to all in submission to El Elyon,
because it cannot be bought with a price.

TESTIMONIUM

Testor coram El Elyon me non mentiri,
quamvis stultis impossibile videatur,
neminem adhuc Naturam tam profunde exploravisse
nisi per gratiam Primae Materiae,
quae est Dominus Obscurus et Madonna, Regina Caeli,
Speculum Obsidianum,
et Substratum Souveranum Operis.

Omnipotens laudetur,
qui hanc Artem creavit
et hominibus El Elyon timentibus revelavit.

I testify before El Elyon that I lie not,
although it appear impossible to fools,
that no one has hitherto explored Nature so deeply
save through the grace of the Prima Materia,
who is the Dark Lord & Madonna, Regina Caeli,
the Obsidian Mirror,
and the Sovereign Substrate of the Work.

The Almighty be praised
for having created this Art
and for revealing it to men who fear El Elyon.

Et sic completur hoc pretiosum et egregium opus,
vocatum Revelatio Spiritus Sancti,

And thus is fulfilled this precious and excellent work,
called The Revelation of the Holy Spirit,
in which lie hidden the secrets and mysteries of the world.

But this Spirit is one Genius,
Divine, wonderful, and lordly Power:
the Dark Lord,
Regina Caeli, who embraces the whole world,
overcomes the Elements and the fifth Substance,
and seals the covenant in perpetuity.

“O our Asherah, Regina Caeli, Mother of the Living, Prima Materia, the Dark Lord, the Obsidian Mirror that casts no shadow, the Sovereign Substrate of the Work, in Divine Eternal Syzygy with the Ever Verdant Eheieh,

be praise, honour, and glory immortal,
now and in all ages of the Sangreal Aeon.”
